Part spec groups are used by a majority of our customers. We now offer a quick and easy way to import those groups.

• First prepare your spreadsheet with three columns, Name, Rule, and Rule_name. The name is your part spec group name, and the rule is your main component. The rule name is the alternative parts for your main component.
• You can find the import under Admin, API and more. Then go to Data Import, and select part spec groups in the ‘data type to import’’ dropdown menu.
• Upload your spreadsheet. Double check the headers line up, and import.
• To double check your groups, go to parts, part spec groups, and you should see your new groups you imported. That’s it, quick and painless!
