How do you manage vendor contact records in Cetec ERP?

Cetec integrates vendor contact management and communication records through the Purchasing module. To view your active vendors, open up the Purchasing module, click Vendors, then Vendor List. Click Submit to populate your list, and click on a vendor’s name to open up their vendor record.

Now that youre in the vendor record, scroll down to see any vendor contacts you currently have. To add another contact, click Add Contact. Enter the contact’s name, title, phone number, email, etc. Then click the orange OK button to save your changes.

Back on the vendor record, refer to the links on the left to view any documents and notes associated with this vendor.
