The Auto Relieve Excess From Bin setting allows you to add the cost of an entire bin to an order without picking all the parts.

• Navigate to the permanent bom/component, or order specific bom you want to auto-relieve a part from.
• Go to edit, and check the auto-relive from bin box
• Pick at least 1 part from the bin onto an order
• When you invoice/ship the entire amount of the bin and cost will be applied to the order, and shown on the details/serial page.
• The remainder that you did not pick will then be automatically non-po received back into the bin/shelf
• GL splits will be applied to the selected GL account on the chosen inventory shortage reason.
