The Order as Used report is a good resource to find orders that have unpicked parts.

• First, go to the sales tab and select the order drop-down menu and select the orders as used report.
• To see open orders with unpicked parts, check the short only box. Pick yes or no on the Available filter. You can also choose if you want to see non-inventory parts via the non-inventory filter.
• Other filters include the start date, ship date, location, specific bom or prcpart.
• Checking the short only box and setting available to yes and non-inventory to exclude will show you all the open orders that have parts available that have not been picked.
